These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kavanagh Injury Law website at 20percent.law, the KIL mobile app, and any related services and communications (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Using the Services, contacting us, or submitting information does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only when you and Kavanagh Injury Law sign a written representation (fee) agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information, and do not assume we are protecting your legal interests or monitoring any deadlines.
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Every case is different. You should consult a licensed attorney about your specific situation. We make no guarantee or prediction about the outcome of any matter.
Portions of the Services may be considered attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Kavanagh Injury Law sends text (SMS) messages only to individuals who have given prior express consent through a separate, affirmative opt-in — for example, by checking the dedicated SMS-consent box on our website contact form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts at a specific number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of representation or of any purchase or service, and is never bundled into any other agreement. Simply providing your phone number, contacting us, or becoming a client does not, by itself, opt you in to text messaging.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems.
The content, design, logos, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Kavanagh Injury Law and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavanagh Injury Law will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
